Growing up and Childhood

Hamad Al-Kawari lived the first years of his childhood in (Al-Ghariya), and despite the short period of time he lived there, as he did not complete his first year in school, the details of it still live in the depth of his heart, as his mother and her consorts used to go to (Athba) to bring fresh water on the backs of donkeys. He ran towards her, and it was an unforgettable pleasure for him.

He used to spend a lot of time between the mountain and the sea, swimming, running on the beach, and fishing. This also applies to the Rumaila area, where he lived at the beginning of his youth, and his life blossomed with family, loved ones, and neighbors, including Mr. Khalifa Al-Muslim (may God have mercy on him), and Mr. Mejren Hajres Al-Atej (May God grant him long life) and others, and places including the sea, 3 the mosque, the cemetery, the Al-Awar shop, the seller of (bagla) and Iranian bread, and others. There, perceptions opened, dreams were born and flourished, especially after his wife and companion, Umm Tamim, entered his life in 1972.
