Rarely does a short time pass without Dr. Hamad moving from one place to another, especially when he completed his university studies in Cairo and worked as an ambassador to many countries, both resident and non-resident. Even when he was appointed Minister of Culture and Information, and then Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage, he was constantly traveling and maintaining constant relations and contact with the outside world.

His campaign to UNESCO, during which he visited more than fifty countries, added a new dimension to his life. His private and public life became linked to travel, which was for him a means of getting from the sources of knowledge and knowledge and openness to the world and its cultures.
