Dr. Hamad's relationship with photography began in New York. Despite the busyness of life, he returns to this hobby from time to time.

The return to photography deepened during the quarantine imposed by the Corona pandemic for many months with the availability of an advanced phone camera, so he devoted some time to this hobby, and every morning he provided his followers on Instagram and Facebook with a number of pictures that received admiration and praise, all of them focused on the beauty and magic of nature, and in a place where Ras Laffan is limited at sunset and sunrise, at sea and in the desert.

He found many books and references in the Qatar National Library that satisfied his curiosity about the history of photography.
